1. Go to ‘Administration’ on the left menu
   
   
   
   
2. Click ‘Activities’
   
   
   
   
3. Select the activity from the list
   
   
4. Find the activity you wish to create a session within
5. Click ‘Edit Activity’
   
   
   
   
   
6. You need to make sure you select the ‘References‘ tab at the top of the page of the new activity
   
   
   
   
7. To add a hyperlink reference to the activity, click ‘Add New Link’
   
   
   
   
8. Add a simple text description in the Name box this will be displayed, add the URL address in the URL box (these should be links to OGK, VGL and other available sources)
   
   
   
   
9. Click Save
   • To add a file that is specific to the activity click ‘Add New File’ (this is a file that isn’t available through OGK, VGL etc)
     
     
     
     
   • Click ‘Browse’ to select the file you wish to add
     
     
     
     
   • Click ‘Save’ once uploaded
