1. Click ‘Administration’



  2. Click ‘Activities’



  3. Find your activity from the list

  4. Click the Activity you wish to add delegates to and click ‘edit’



  5. Click the ‘Registrations’ tab on the top menu



  6. Click ‘Message Users’



  7. You then need to select if you want to message all users or one individual

  8. Type your message in the ‘Message’ box



  9. Click ‘Send’
